✨THIS SESSION DOES NOT REQUIRE A POLE/POLE OPTIONAL Focus: Lengthening, openness, and BEING INTENTIONAL. This session is hybrid; a "Follow Flow"(dance style) and MOBILITY. You will learn floor movements and floor inversions. These sessions will help you: -Lengthen and Build Mobility -Strengthen -Improve confidence and control -Improve body awareness and connection Have Handy: -Kneepads, Leg warmers (recommended) -Yoga/grippy floor mat -Pillow -Shoes are optional Clothing: -Comfortable, yet close fitting *please try to refrain from black -Lingere is encouraged -Layerable pieces (We may explore taking things off)
✨LATENESS/CANCELLATIONS: We hold your appointments just for you, and take time setting up a space that is necessary to your education. We ask that if you must RESCHEDULE to provide us with at least 6 hour notice. Cancellations within 2 hours of your scheduled session will not be refunded, and may not be considered for reschedueling. -If you are more than 10 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your session. The session not be refunded. -If you are experiencing technical issues. Please call/message me directly immediately (917-287-7527). Please have a screenshot/video clip of your issue, so I may help trobleshoot via my site provider, engage with you on a different platform, or consider rescheduling. We do, of course, understand that unpredictable things occur, and will do our best to work with you to reschedule in the case of an emergency. All major credit cards are accepted. -If PayPal is your perferred method, we recommend you set up your account at www.paypal.com at least 48 hours prior prior to your desired time. There is a 24-48 hour window for Paypal to confirm your banking information. Zoom links are automatically sent to the email address you provide.
